Automa by Magic technical staff is made up of qualified experts in the processes and in problem solving for EBM machines. Our specialists can support your maintenance team and operators at any time. Thanks to the remote connection, we can control your machine from anywhere. Our technicians can reach any destination without problems and can intervene at customer's premises with very short notice, in case of urgency.
Automa by Magic is available to jointly program Preventive Maintenance Plans and specific training, to continuously keep customer machines at extremely efficient production levels.
Original spare parts
For Automa and Blowstar machines, built according to the manufacturer original drawings. Some elements have been improved with new solutions, materials and technologies. The old castings have been replaced by the processing of solid metal blocks, to obtain greater mechanical endurance and longer life.
- New generation mold closing arms.
- Pneumatics and hydraulics such as filters, sealing kits, valves, cylinders, pumps and more.
- Electrical components, sensors, cables, gripper motors programmed with original SW.
- Electronics, cards, displays, PC panels, drives, all programmed with original SW.
