Model AE HY

A new generation of Automa machines, strongly oriented to electricity low consumption and system oil-free cleanliness, thanks to the important electrification of the machine.
All machine movements are electric with the exception of the head piston stroke and parison profiling, for which a small hydraulic tank is provided; it can be of use for the clamp movement which, in this kind of machines, is frequently hydraulically controlled.

The movement of the blow-pins and spreader are electrified; the clamping system is activated by a direct servo-pump driven by a brushless motor. This allows a variable stroke of the mold holding plates, thus enabling the use of molds of different thickness, without any adjustment, like on hydraulic machines.
